Over these years it has focused primarily upon the provision of unhurried and entirely client centric private primary care consultations and almost exclusively to the self-funded market. Interaction and liaison with the individuals NHS GP take place as and when and according to individual consent and very best practice. Early customers included Deutsche Bank/RBS and Wood Mackenzie. Peter became the Senior Medical Board advisor for RBS until 2010. He was a central figure in the £5M project to fund a 640 slice CT (first of its type outside Japan) which has since been handed over to the Queen Mothers Research Institute in Edinburgh University.

Dr. Sub Gill

MBChB MRCGP DCCH DRCOG DFSRH DOccMed DPCRheum

Sub studied his junior years here in Edinburgh gathering a breadth of speciality knowledge including: Paediatric surgery/neonatal medicine, Accident and Emergency, Obstetrics and gynaecology and psychiatry. Despite this, Sub was always keen and passionate to pursue a career in general practice. He entered training quickly and completed this in 2021.

As a newly qualified GP, he is very eager and thorough taking his time to get to the bottom of mysteries/challenging diagnoses.  He has always been interested in sports medicine and surgical procedures and incorporated this into his career doing joint injections and minor surgery. He also does a range of aesthetic work from anti-wrinkle injections and fillers. Sub is a GP partner at the Meadows Medical Practice for the last 1 year, an early commitment, from a young enthusiastic doctor. He has shown this with his patients building up trust and problem solving complex diagnoses.

Outside work, Sub is an active person running regularly keeping himself fit and pushing himself further with distance/trail running.

Dr. Sheelagh Harwell

She will see a broad range of paediatric presentations, and also do paediatric blood tests.

She sits on the Lothian Prescribing Bulletin Editorial team as well as the Area Drugs and Therapeutics Committee for NHS Lothian, which ensures very up to date knowledge on prescribing practises and the latest guidelines. She also does anti-wrinkle injections.
